(the "Company") is a Luxembourg holding company organised as a Société Anonyme under the Law of 10 August 1915 concerning commercial companies, as amended, and has the status of a milliardaire company. The Company's shares are listed at the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
